On the afternoon of January 22nd, all employees of Hebei Textiles gathered in the exhibition hall and conference hall on the second floor of the company to participate in the 2024 Annual Summary and Commendation Conference. This conference summarized the achievements of 2024, clarified the work direction for 2025, and commended the outstanding collective and individual performances in the past year.

Summarize the past and plan for the future
The conference was entrusted by Vice General Manager Wang Ximin and General Manager Li Zefeng to deliver a report on the “2024 Work Summary and 2025 Work Plan”. Vice President Wang summarized the various indicators achieved by the company in 2024, including financial, operational status, and major achievements. The company is expected to remain stable and make progress in 2024. On the basis of summarizing experience, Vice President Wang proposed a work plan for 2025, guiding the direction for the future development of the company.

General Manager Li Zefeng made a 2024 performance report, systematically summarizing the main work achievements, existing problems, and shortcomings. He analyzed in detail the direction of improvement and enhancement, and proposed a key work plan for 2025. Mr. Li emphasized the need to focus on customer maintenance and product quality improvement; Strengthen compliance management, accelerate the formation of a risk management system, and ensure transaction security; Breaking through market bottlenecks, promoting localization in the US market, and building brand influence.
He pointed out that in the uncertain market competition, companies need to be driven by innovation and efficiency to ensure higher quality development while surviving.

Heads of each center report their work
The heads of each center summarized and reported on their respective work:

Vice General Manager Chen Guangyu, the head of the functional center, shared his thoughts and gains, and pointed out the existing shortcomings and improvement directions. He stated that he will continue to learn, actively address the concerns of employees, and continuously improve the quality of his work.

Director Xu Jianfang, the head of the Financial Management Center, summarized the department’s successful completion of various tasks in 2024. From the completion status of the main tasks, existing problems and deficiencies to improvement measures, she comprehensively analyzed and proposed future directions for efforts.

Vice General Manager Liu Jingyi, the head of the Marketing Center, summarized the work achievements of “one center, three departments” in 2024 and introduced the key work plan for 2025, demonstrating the innovation and vitality of the Marketing Center.

Vice General Manager Xue Hui, the head of the Operations Center, reviewed the work in 2024 and clarified the direction of work for 2025, emphasizing the importance of operational efficiency and team collaboration, laying a solid foundation for the new year.

Director Chen Lei, the head of the Supply Chain Center, comprehensively summarized the work achievements of 2024 from six aspects and elaborated on the work plan for 2025, demonstrating the important role of the Supply Chain Center in the company’s development.

The union leader, Chairman Guo Yingping, summarized the main work and highlights of the union in 2024. Union work is people-oriented, winning the trust of employees in the union with sincerity. She looked forward to the future development direction and further consolidated the strength of employees.
