Psychological health has a significant impact on physical health and determines everyone’s inner feelings of happiness. While focusing on development, the company always keeps in mind the physical and mental health and family happiness of every employee.

On June 16, 2023, the company’s labor union established the Employee Mental Health Assistance Center, and specially invited Ms. Cui Juyue, a national third level psychological counselor and third level marriage and family counselor, to provide psychological services to employees through personal counseling and group training. The aim is to alleviate emotional distress, improve mental health levels and self-regulation abilities, and promote the development of mental health for employees.  

Guo Yingping, the chairman of the company’s labor union, union members, and leaders of various union groups attended the establishment ceremony.
Teacher Cui is familiar with and proficient in counseling methods such as psychoanalysis, cognitive-behavioral therapy, narrative therapy, mindfulness, short focus, and psychological painting. She is skilled in case counseling, helping clients overcome emotional distress and achieve personal growth.

The establishment of the Employee Mental Health Assistance Center has enabled employees to fully feel the care and warmth of the company, and has played a positive role in creating a good working atmosphere. The vast number of employees will face the challenges in life and work with a healthier mentality, and the union will continue to fulfill its duties, actively serve, stimulate the enthusiasm of our employees for entrepreneurship, cultivate their self-efficacy, guide them to achieve self-development and self-worth, and work hard for the construction of the company, promoting the high-quality development of the company.
