On July 16, 2024, Hebei Textile Import and Export Co., Ltd. successfully held a shareholders’ meeting in the conference room on the 4th floor of the company.

The attendees of the meeting include natural person shareholder Li Zefeng, shareholder representative Wang Ximin from the Provincial Textile Hebei Enterprise Management Center (Limited Partnership), and shareholder representative Chen Guangyu from the Provincial Foreign Textile Hebei Enterprise Management Center (Limited Partnership).
Zhao Bin, Liu Jingyi, Jiao Xiaona, Xue Hui, Yang Shufang, Wang Xinzhen, Xu Jianfang, Guo Yingping, Zhang Meng and other candidates for new directors and supervisors elected by the previous board of directors, board of supervisors and shareholders of the joint-stock company attended the meeting as observers.
The shareholders’ meeting held elections for the board of directors and the supervisory board.
After the election, Li Zefeng, Liu Jingyi, Jiao Xiaona, Xu Jianfang, and Chen Lei were elected as members of the new board of directors.
After the election, Guo Yingping, Yang Shufang, and Zhang Meng were elected as members of the new Supervisory Board.
The shareholders’ meeting also discussed and approved the newly revised company’s articles of association, dividends, and equity optimization of Suoyi Company through shareholder voting.
After the shareholders’ meeting, the first meeting of the new board of directors was held, and Li Zefeng was elected as the chairman of the company and appointed as the manager.
The new board of supervisors held its first meeting and elected Guo Yingping as the chairman of the company’s board of supervisors.
