The company’s semi annual summary meeting was successfully held
In order to carefully summarize and analyze the business situation in the first half of the year, and deploy the key tasks for the next step, on July 19th, our company held a 2024 employee performance report and company half year summary meeting in the second floor comprehensive exhibition hall. The meeting was chaired by Chen Guangyu, Vice General Manager and Director of the Functional Center of the company, and all employees of Hebei Textile participated in the meeting.
At the meeting, Wang Ximin, Deputy General Manager and Director of the Financial Management Center of the company, gave a summary report on the work of the first half of 2024. Over the past six months, the textile company has made steady progress and overall improvement. All employees have worked together and diligently, laying a solid foundation for the comprehensive completion of the annual target tasks. A comprehensive analysis was conducted on the various problems currently existing in the company’s development, and arrangements and deployments were made for the work in the second half of the year.
The meeting also heard job reports from members of the company’s leadership team and representatives of employees from various departments. Summarized the work of the first half of the year separately, identified the key tasks for the second half of the year by summarizing experiences, analyzing shortcomings, and proposing improvement measures.
Finally, General Manager Li Zefeng gave a personal performance report and delivered a concluding speech. I have summarized the work I am in charge of, analyzed the existing problems, and formulated a plan for improvement in the next step of work. General Manager Li Zefeng requires all employees to combine their job responsibilities, continuously learn and improve their work abilities, and contribute to the growth and development of the textile company.
