Summary Meeting of the First Half of 2023 and Discussion on the Company’s Five-Year Development Plan
To thoroughly implement the company’s five-year development strategy plan, arrange key tasks for strategic development, further address existing problems in development, and ensure the successful completion of all tasks in 2023, the company organized and held the “Summary Meeting of the First Half of 2023 and Discussion on the Company’s Five-Year Development Plan” at the Hebei Cuiping Mountain Welcome Hotel on August 2, 2023. Members of the leadership team, department heads, and key company personnel attended this meeting.
At the meeting, the heads of each department, based on the actual work of their respective departments, reported on the summary of work for the first half of 2023, the existing problems, and the work plans for the second half of the year.
Chairman and General Manager Li Zefeng put forward requirements for each department and key tasks for the second half of the year respectively. He also shared and summarized the recent visit to Huawei’s digital exhibition hall and the market visits to the United States, Bangladesh and Vietnam.
At the symposium, everyone freely expressed their opinions and shared their thoughts without reservation. They delved into discussions from various aspects such as enterprise management, business expansion, organizational structure optimization, and supply chain improvement. They sought practical strategies based on broad consensus and aimed for tangible results in high-quality development, offering suggestions and strategies for achieving the company’s development goals.
General Manager Li pointed out that this year marks the first year after the restructuring and is also a crucial year for the development of the international economy. The company’s development is confronted with an extremely complex international economic situation. We need to solve many reform-related problems, make new breakthroughs in high-quality development, and achieve substantive progress in the new development pattern. We should scientifically plan the strategy for the next five years.
All employees of the textile company should further unify their thoughts, work in unity and collaboration, concentrate their efforts and strive for excellence. They should closely revolve around the annual target requirements, fulfill their duties, take on responsibilities and work hard to ensure that all work is implemented and achieves practical results, and guarantee the successful completion of all annual target tasks.
